Garlic bread tends to be a staple side for Italian dishes. My family loves it and I have a couple of ways I like to make it. However, this is a change from your regular garlic bread and it’s a change you need to try. You only need 3 ingredients.
It makes a fair amount, but can be kept in the freezer for whenever you need it. I have little jars that I keep mine in. The secret ingredient to this recipe is a package of dry Italian dressing mix.
- 1½ cups of softened butter
- 1 pkg dry Italian dressing mix
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- In a bowl, combine all of the above ingredients together. Use just like you would use garlic butter. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 day or the freezer for future use. Just allow to softened before using.
