Bacon makes everything better, right? Well, did you know that it’s possible to make bacon better? That’s exactly what today’s recipe is for.
All you need is a little brown sugar to make bacon even more amazing. It is seriously almost like candy. That crisp salty bacon gets encased in a glossy sweet sugary glaze! It’s spectacular, you must give it a try!
- 1 lb thick sliced bacon
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place the bacon in a single layer on the lined pan. You may need to use more than one pan.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the bacon.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes until crisp and glazed. Allow to cool for 5 minutes then serve.
