Pickled Red Onion

Have you ever tried pickled red onion before? It’s really tasty especially on sandwiches, tacos, or burgers.

Pickling onion is a great way to add fresh onion to whatever you like. It is more mellow but flavorful than just a regular old raw red onion. With the recipe I am sharing with you today, there is no reason you should give this condiment a try!

Pickled Red Onion
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 bottle zesty Italian dressing
  1. Place red onion into a canning jar. Add in about a cup of Italian dressing. You want enough to cover the red onion.
  2. Place the lid on the jar and refrigerate for 24 hours before using.
