Tater Tot Tacos

There are all kinds of twists on a good old taco.  There is navajo tacos, flat bread tacos, taco pizza, and taco soup.  Well, today I have another twist for you – tater tot tacos – the ingredients of a taco serve over tater tots instead of in a tortilla.  The family loved it of course.  This dish reminded me of eating a taco with “mexi fries” at Taco Time.

  • I pride myself on coming up with ways to use tator tots, and I can’t believe I never thought to just pile on the taco ingredients! So clever. Thanks for the recipe!

  • thank you SO much! I can’t have corn because I’m nursing my toddler and hes allergic. Normally making taco’s means me making gluten free/corn free flour tortillas but now I can enjoy them easily! I like organic hash brown rounds. Kroger has them.

  • We had these last night and they were so amazing! Definitely a new favorite recipe :) I’m hoping to share them on my blog soon, I’ve already raved to all my friends about how good they are! Thank you so much for sharing the recipe!
