I remember while growing up, coming home from school and making after school snacks. One I loved as a young child was peanut butter balls rolled in cornflakes. I was recently asked by tablespoon.com to create a collections of recipes. I chose to do after school snacks and and used those peanut butter balls rolled in cornflakes as my inspiration for the first recipe I made for the collection.
I decided to go with the flavors of marshmallow and peanut butter to create this simple Fluffer Nutter Bites. The collection I created is all simple recipes you can create or your kiddos can make. They are all 5 ingredients or less. Plus, 4 of the 5 recipes are no bake. So today’s fab five is the collection of 5 after school snack recipes over at tablespoon.com. You get a sneak peak at the Fluffer Nutter Bites, but will have to go to the link to see the rest. Hope you enjoy them!

northern west berry with # 3 recipe would be yummmy
Anyone have a sub for the powdered milk? Dairy allergy prevents us using it- and these just look delish!
I don’t eat dairy, and use soy milk powder (NOT soy protein powder), or coconut milk powder.
I made these last night and they’re okay, but I think next time I’ll use less honey. It kind of overpowered the peanut butter taste for me.
what could i put instead of dry milk?
These look cute!
I would love the recipe to this, but I can’t access the tablespoon website anymore! Help!
So easy but sounds like things my boys would love to snack on after school! I’m definitely trying these out.
Where are the other 4 of the “Fab Five”?
These look yummy! But the only thing I saw on the link was the same recipe. No variations. Where do I go to find those?
We never had anything like this growing up (for an after-school snack) but it looks fantastic! Very simple but they seem very yummy as well.
Yum I remember making a similar snack as a kid but I love your twist with the marshmallow!
Love the fluffer nutter bites idea! Might have to make some today even though it’s Saturday and no school.
Thanks for the great ideas!
