Today’s recipe is another yummy one I sampled while in Wisconsin. I have never made meatballs made from sausage before. These were absolutely delicious! They were moist and flavorful. You could use them in any recipe that calls for fully cooked meatballs. Just make this recipe and skip step #7 and allow the meatballs to cool on a cooling rack or on a dish lined with paper towels. Once cooled, just place them in a freezer bag and freeze until ready to use.

I agree with Frieda. Baked meatballs are much easier to cook than skillet cooking. As a single dad, I like to make a big batch and with the remaining leftovers, freeze them so they are quick and easy to heat up in the microwave at a later time. And the kids always love them
This is a great recipe for meatballs. I followed your recipe the other night when cooking and the kids loved them! It’s the little things like the Parmesan cheese that make the difference I think. Thank you for sharing a simple but very tasty recipe for meatballs.
These look delicious and perfect for March Madness parties!
These sound great! My son loves meatballs, so I love finding different recipes!
oh they look wonderful I have a recipe very simular I might have to make these this week!! YUM!
Baked meatballs are SO much easier than skillet cooking them! I also like to make a huge batch, cool and freeze them. Reheat in the microwave for 3 minutes and use as an appetizer, in a meatball sub or with our favorite spaghetti and sauce.
