Best Soups Recipes of 2010 and Quick Chicken Enchilada Nachos

I am a big soup fan and today it’s the top 3  soup recipes for 2010.  This was hard to do.  I narrowed it down to 4 and then went for originality.  So my Day After Thanksgiving Turkey Noodle Soup was the one that got cut.

I also have an appetizer recipe for you over on my events page. It is a recipe I created for a contest.  It would be perfect as an appetizer for a New Years Eve party or also great when the Super Bowl rolls around next year.   There is a extra bonus recipe there too for chicken sliders.  Check it out by following the link below.

Now the Best Soup Recipes of 2010

# 1 is Cheesy Potato Soup in the Slow Cooker

There are not very many really good creamy soups that can be made in the slow cooker.  This one is delicious.

#2 is Italian Tortellini Soup

This soup makes a lot and is full of yummy vegetables along with cheese filled tortellini.

# 3 is BBQ Chili with Corn

This soup is so easy to whip together.  I also love the twist of flavor of this soup with the BBQ beans.

We’ve started our “food plan”- not a diet because that’s a four letter word and I don’t use those…lol…so soup recipes are really appreciated. These look really good. Take care.
