I was recently chosen to be an “abassador” for Velveeta as part of their program “Velveeta It” offering recipes and tips to help Americans serve up no-hassle recipes – from dips to dishes – that are a guaranteed hit. That’s the beauty of VELVEETA – it’s the must-have ingredient that can help make any cook – novice or expert – even more comfortable in the kitchen by making cooking fun, easy and delicious. They even have a facebook group you can join at http://www.facebook.com/Velveeta.
I decided to start off with a really easy recipe. This is a no brainer recipe and easy to whip together. It’s one my family loves too. I am also going to giveaway 3 coupons for a free 1 lb. package of Velveeta to start you off. To enter please leave a comment about why you love Velveeta and if you haven’t had Velveeta before, tell me why you want to try it. It’s that simple. You have until Monday at midnight (Mountain Standard time) to enter and I’ll announce the 3 winners on Tuesday. **need to be US Resident**
