This is a Weight Watchers favorite that I created last year. This recipe is really versatile.
You can use different combinations of pudding and yogurt flavors along with a little fruit. The Key Lime is one of my favorites. Other combinations that are good are: raspberry white chocolate yogurt with white chocolate pudding and a few frozen raspberries, strawberry yogurt with cheesecake pudding and a couple frozen strawberries, banana or vanilla yogurt with chocolate pudding and 1/2 a banana.
The possibilities are endless. I like to use the weight watcher yogurts, because I know they are 1 point. I am sure there are other light yogurts out there that are 1 point also. As long as you use a 1 point yogurt, your smoothie should be around 3 to 4 points depending on if you add any fruit.
- 1 reduced calorie key lime pie yogurt
- ½ cup fat free milk
- 1 Tbsp dry sugar free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Add to ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
- WW 3 pts if made with 1pt yogurt
