Tangy Tuna Croissants

Here is a great recipe for lunch or an easy dinner. I adapted from a recipe on Priscilla’s Baking Adventures. I love tuna and this recipe included some ingredients that you don’t usually add to your tuna. And put it on a croissant and you can’t loose! This takes it a step up from the typical mayo and relish!

Tangy Tuna Croissants

4 cans (6 ounces) tuna, drained and flaked
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon relish
3/4 cup cheese, grated
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 croissants, split
4 lettuce leaves

In a bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, relish, cheese, and Worcestershire sauce. Serve on croissants with lettuce. Makes at least 4 servings (all depends on how much tuna you like on your sandwich).
