I have a quick and easy pico de gallo recipe for you today. It is excellent to use up fresh veggies from your garden during the summer. I also have a recipe coming up on Wednesday to use this with too.
I also want to take the chance today to point out a new feature I have recently added to my site. If you look on the right column you’ll notice a blue box that says “Visit my community – blogfrog”. If you go there you can become a part of the Real Mom Kitchen Community there on blogfrog. Once you join the community you can talk with other Real Mom Kitchen community members. It’s like my very own social media page where you can all interact with each other. Isn’t that cool!
Easy Pico de Gallo
2 medium tomatoes, seeds removed and diced
1/4 onion, diced
2 Tbsp. cilantro
1 clove of garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
a squirt of lime juice (optional)
Blend ingredient together in a bowl and serve.
