So at the EVO conference, Quaker was the sponsor of the Saturday morning breakfast. And of course, when I get home from a conference I am going to blog about the food. How can I not? I am also sent in a request to the hotel for a recipe. Cross your fingers that I get it and then I can also share it with you all.
The Saturday breakfast was a beautiful spread with Quaker Oatmeal as the center of the meal. They had all kinds of toppings to place on your oatmeal. So today I am sharing with you how I enjoyed my oatmeal at the breakfast. It isn’t an exact recipe per say but it was delicious and you must try it.
The breakfast also included other fabulous food – fresh fruit, whipped cream, scones, croissants, bagels, cream cheese, and juices. LOVED IT! Thanks to Quaker for a excellent way to start off the day.

1 bowl of prepared oatmeal
Then top with the following:
fresh strawberry slices
half and half (yes I splurged and snuck over to where the coffee was and used half and half on my oatmeal rather than milk, but you can do milk if you must!)
