I have 2 favorite pasta dishes. I love manicotti and fettuccine alfredo. Those are my go-to’s pasta picks if I have a choice. This slow cooker chicken tortellini Alfredo is kind of like a combination of both.

Well, it’s a simple way to make Alfredo in a slow cooker and it even includes chicken. It isn’t served with fettuccine, instead it is made with cheese filled tortellini. This just adds to the cheesy goodness of the sauce. Only 5 ingredients to make this too! So simple and oh so tasty!

It starts by adding some chicken along with some alfredo sauce to your slow cooker. This cooks on low for 4 to 6 hours. Then you will cut the chicken in pieces.

Next, you will mix in the tortellini, garlic, pepper, and more alfredo sauce. Let this cook for 15 minutes or until the pasta is tender. It’s that simple. Serve this up with your favorite veggie or salad on the side. You can even pair it with more garlicky goodness as garlic bread too.
