Flashback Friday – Sour Cream Chicken (or Turkey) Enchiladas

I have a flashback post for you today that uses chicken but could easily be substituted with turkey. If using turkey, you will need about 4 cups of diced turkey to use in place of the chicken. I hope you all had a wonderful thanksgiving. I know that I did!
