If you have followed my blog for an period of time, you probably know that Mexican is pretty much my family’s favorite type of food. I rarely have any complaints whenever I make a Mexican dish. Today’s flashback recipe is a staple at our house and I know it is also a staple at my sister-in-laws house too. It is just like the title says - a little spicy along with some sweet. It is intended for tacos but works well in a burrito, quesadilla or salad too!
