Breakfast – an important way to kick start your day

It is equally, if not more important, for children to have a healthy breakfast before starting their day. According to studies have shown that kids do better in school when they’ve eaten a well-balanced breakfast.

  • Love these ideas! I’ve really been trying to eat more protein at breakfast. I find that it keeps me full longer and I don’t need afternoon snacks. I love to use leftover meat from the night before and stack it on a bagel thin with tomato and cream cheese.
