For today’s Flashback Friday we are looking back on some rolls that you could use as part of your Thanksgiving meal. This is a roll recipe that comes together in 30 minutes. Really it is 35 minutes, but “35 minute rolls” just doesn’t sound as good as 30 minute rolls.
They get help from an extra boost of yeast, but do not worry! They don’t taste like they have extra yeast in them. I have a one dozen version of the recipe along with a 3 dozen version. So whether you have a few guests for Thanksgiving or a crowd, you should be covered. The recipe for these rolls are also included in my cookbook, if ya have it. 🙂
