Today’s flashback recipe sticks with this week’s slow cooker theme. It happens to be my favorite beef roast to make in the slow cooker. I also have many family members and friends that also love to make it now. The recipe gets it name because it uses 3 packets or envelopes – ranch dressing, Italian dressing, and brown gravy. This produces a moist and flavor roast. You also can just thicken up the juices that remain in the crock pot for a easy and flavorful gravy. Also, just in case you are wondering, in the photo I served this roast up with sweet carrots and 30 minute rolls. This entire meal is a family favorite!
