German Pancakes are a staple in my house. They are great for breakfast, but I also use them as a quick go-to dinner on those nights that plans need to change like if I forget to thaw meat or something comes up where I don’t have the time I thought I would to make dinner. I love this apple version even more than regular German pancakes. My family is boring though and prefers the original version. So when I want the apple one, I just make a pan of each and everyone is happy!
