Menu Plan Monday – Week 3

Today’s menu plan includes a mixture of summer and fall recipes.  There is one grilling recipe and one soup recipe along with a great recipe that is full of fall flavor -applesauce bbq sauce shredded pork.

    I scaled all of these recipes down as I am single. Can hardly wait to try all of them. Will have plenty for lunch this week too.
