Today’s recipe can be made in a mug, but I had some cute little dishes I used instead. I figured it would be hard to see the brownie for the photo buried in the bottom of a mug. This brownie is very chocolatey to I highly recommend opting for the additional scoop of ice cream. You don’t need a whole lot of ice cream but I feel it is needed to counter balance the intense chocolate flavor.
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- a pinch of salt
- ice cream, optional
- In a mug or small microwave safe dish, add the coco powder, flour, sugar, water, oil, and salt.
- Stir to combine.
- Microwave for 30 seconds. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream.
