Easy Italian Baked Chicken

Sometimes simplicity can be the best.  Today’s recipe only uses 4 ingredients but delivers a deliciously flavored baked chicken.  Instead of a coating of bread crumbs with seasonings, this chicken is coated with Parmesan cheese and seasonings.  You get a moist and scrumptious chicken with an Italian flair.  We loved this one.

for the dry season mixture are we supposed to follow the directions on the back or just use the seasonings without adding the vinegar and olive oil?

This was so flavorful! I added about 1/4 cup bread crumbs to the mixture but that was the only change I made. My husband LOVED this. I loved how easy it was!

Did you use fresh grated parmesan cheese or the powdery parmesan cheese for this recipe?

Ok I’ve got my chicken in the oven and it smells fantastic, but how little cheese mixture it made I had to wonder if I had freakishly large chicken breasts because it only ‘sorta’ covered 4 breasts. Do you coat the bottoms too? I was wondering if that was my problem, if I was “wasting” by coating the bottom….

Guess we’ll see how it all tastes in just a little bit! :)

The potatoes look like the perfect side for this chicken, could we get the recipe for the potatoes too?
