Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks

Mmmmmm….. garlic……cheese……….bread – the perfect combination.  These yummy, cheesy, garlicky sticks of goodness are made from the basic pizza dough recipe from yesterday.  They are the perfect compliment for your pizza or any Italian dish.  I also made pizza sauce to dip them in, but by all means you can used canned pizza sauce or jarred marinara.  What ever you do, make them – your month will thank you!

  • Yum! I just made these for a potluck food dinner and they were a hit. The dough is really easy to make and didn’t taste to ‘yeasty’ like some other pizza dough I have made before did. I didn’t have any fresh garlic at home, so instead I used minced garlic and it tasted great. I will be making these again and again!

  • I made this today as a snack for football-watching. It was very tasty and I’m keeping the recipe, but changing a step. I will roll out the dough directly on a lightly-floured pizza stone and skip the parchment paper. Unfortunately, the parchment paper stuck to the crust and I had to scrape off what I could salvage.

  • This is a perfect recipe if you’re like me and you always make too much pizza dough. Simple and Delicious! Thank you!!!

  • I made this cheesy bread and wrote about it
here. I did some poor planning in my dinner prep one night and used one half of the dough straight from the fridge. Even that turned out delicious. Thank you for sharing the delicious recipe!

  • I just finished making these for dinner tonight. This was the best dough I have ever worked with! It was easy to roll out, rose perfectly, and baked up to taste delicious. The breadsticks were the hit of the night — everyone loved them! GREAT recipe — it will become a staple in our home!
